Our Oriental menu is inspired by my passion for Asian cuisine and is cooked to excite!
Typical of this is our signature dish, Lattitude
Ramen - a deep bowl of freshly prepared
noodles in a sparkling, delicious home-made
broth packed with crisp vegetables, lean
meat, fish and seafood; try it topped with
chilli spiced Teryaki marinated steak!
Each oriental dish is available as a vegetarian
choice, from the spicy coconut, lemongrass
and ginger flavours of Chicken Kare Lomen
and Chicken and Tiger Prawn Yaki Soba with
Teppan noodles to the fragrant rice stir fry
delights of Cha Han and the authentic spices
and textures of Katsu curry with chicken or
pork deep fried in a crisp panko crumb.
Not forgetting my chef's special Saki Baked
Cod - succulent cod baked in the oven with
saki, soy sauce, spring onions and shiitake
mushrooms, served with Jasmine rice and
an oriental salad. Delicious!!

For our Mediterranean choices I have been
inspired by dishes from Spain, Morocco, Italy
and Greece, from our special Lahamacun
spicy
minced lamb flatbreads served hot from
the oven
to a range of exciting salads - yes,
there can be
such a thing! Try the hot chorizo
and smoked
bacon, prawn, chicken and mango
or chilli roast
feta and watermelon or just
a simple
Mediterranean salad - classic!
Speaking of classics, I am delighted to
say the
Lattitude Sunday breakfast menu
is back
featuring favourites such as
Eggs Benedict with
homemade
hollandaise sauce, full English
or
vegetarian breakfast, warm ricotta
pancakes with honeycomb butter
and bananas, breakfast fritters with
slow roast
tomatoes and lots more.
